On to the review! (I had more than enough time to tinker and look at all the lovely stuff in this month's box)
Priddy Books Baby Shaker Teethers ($6.00):
E loved this! There is something about colors that can drive a baby crazy...But it is a very high contrast book and perfect for her little hands. This is an essential tummy time toy for E now since it'll keep her entertained for a little while longer than usual.
Weleda Diaper Cream ($13.50):
I can never have too many diaper cream tubes. Seriously. E has never had a serious diaper rash. I am very crazy about keeping her bottom clean and dry. Full sized! Yes! I don't think I'd ever pay $13 for a tube of diaper rash cream though... (only a big tub which I already have, thank you)
Dreambaby Bath Thermometer ($6.00):
This is pretty useful, although I seriously have never really found the need to use it. I use the top-of-my-hand method which has not failed me as of yet. I might give it to my cousin who's having a baby soon, maybe she might have better use for it!
Family Bedrock Silicone Teething Bracelet ($13.00):
I really wished they would've given me the necklace rather than the bracelet. Bracelets are not my style. But this does exactly what I need, which is keeping E entertained in my arms and not go for the million of sheets of paper on my desk. Maybe the 20% coupon will be good use for the necklace? Or should I just make my own silicone necklace?
Banz Kids Pink ($15.00):
This was probably the ONE item I really disliked from my box this month. I live in sunny (and moody weather) Florida, I probably should really get E and JD in the habit of wearing sunglasses since I almost walk out blinded from my house every morning. Maybe it's the design? I don't know. But regardless whether I liked or disliked, it is still useful and it reminded me to keep watch of my kids vision. Thanks bluum?
Boiron Camilia Teething Relief ($7.99):
I have a love/hate thing when it comes to homeopathic medicine. It's natural, got it. That's great instead of sticking a bunch of medication with names I cannot pronounce into my baby. But, don't judge me if I refuse to use it. I don't want to. My mom used whatever medicine the doctor gave me and I turned out fine. Plus I read somewhere that not all homeopathic medicine is created equal. So moms, be careful too!
Brain Rules for Baby by Dr. John Medina ($15.00):
A book to add to the collection of books I need to finish reading, lol. But I flipped through it out of curiosity and I find it interesting. Some good pointers here and there but nothing I didn't already know. (Psychology is very useful with children by the by, lol.)
All this has a total value of $76.49. Not bad Mom. For $24.95 with free shipping, I can't complain. I just hope that they really do fix that shipping system they have because it's insane to be getting a June box in July. D:
